Dundy County Stratton Schools
With schools located in both Benkelman and Stratton, our district provides excellent educational opportunities to its students. Students are able to participate in a wide range of extracurricular activities and sporting events. The teachers and staff of Dundy County-Stratton Schools are dedicated to preparing today’s students for tomorrow’s opportunities.

DCS High School
Dundy County-Stratton Schools operates three attendance centers, all located within the county: Dundy County-Stratton High School, Benkelman Elementary School (K-6), and Stratton Elementary School (K-6).
The educational program is comprehensive and allows a student to enroll in a general studies, a vocational, or a college preparatory program of study. Curricular choices are broad, and co-curricular athletic and scholastic opportunities are also available.
Many new courses recently have been added to reflect the rapidly changing demands of a global society. Video communications, enhanced computer classes, entrepreneurship, agri-business, advanced courses in science, foreign language, and mathematics are just a few of the latest course offerings available at Dundy County-Stratton High School.
