A 9-Hole course along the Republican

3 miles west of Benkelman ​

Benkelman Golf Club is a well conditioned level layout situated on a charming section of land next to the Republican River.

​

Stands of cottonwoods and impromptu water hazards create plenty of penalty for errant strokes. A gulch in the 8th and 9th fairways often fills with rain water and is played as a hazard by local golfers.

Members have taken great care of the course and have been resourceful in building improvements. Local tournaments are also hosted during the summer months.

The clubhouse is an old one room school house from Doane, Nebraska.
